chargemyev is a all-in-one cloud based solution offering products and services. Our managed services gives our customers the ability to manage their charging stations and charging station infrastructure efficiently at scale.

We may collect or receive information directly from you, such as your name, email, or organization as required account information or when you sign up for our Services or Marketing Activites. - Account Information. Name, email address, company name (if applicable), and other information you provide when creating an account.

- Transactional Information.We collect payment and other transactional information related to our services, such as hashed payment card values and billing address.
- Troubleshooting and Support Information. We collect information about your account preferences or information you provide us when you contact us for support, such as the content of chats and other communications channels with chargemyev. Support information includes content of a message or attachments that you send to us.
- Marketing Information. When you interact with our lead forms and or interact with our Marketing Activities or one of our sales or customer support representatives we collect information, including through form submission, surveys, email communicaations to inquire about chargemyev and our services.

We receive information about Customers from third parties or our partners that provide services or support our business operations. We limit our use of your information to the purposes described in this Notice. Information that we receive from third parties includes:
- Transaction Information We collect information from our payment providers and partners, such as fraud metrics and details about failed payments.

When using our Site and Services, we automatically collect or receive certail information about you, your device, and your usage of our Site and Services. This information includes:
- Usage Information We collect information about how you interact with our Sites and Services, such as clicks, pages view, time spent, browser used, page response times, errors, request information such as the number of requests made to our Sites and Services.
- Telemetry Information We collect anonymized and de-identified telemtry information about how you use our Sites and Services.
- EV Charger metrics. Given one of the core business value our service provides is a backend solution for EV charging stations, we collect and process data coming in from the charging stations based on the OCPP spec.
How We Retain Your Information
We retain your information for the minimum necessary duration to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations, develop our Sites and Services, resolve disputes, enforce our rights, for legitimate business purposes, such as tax or accounting requirements as described in this Notice and as recommended by industry standards.

When we choose to anonymize your information, we make sure that the information cannot be linked back to you or any specific user.
