Refund Policy

This Refund and Trial Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which users may be eligible for refunds or free trial access to our product ("Service"). By registering for and using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Early Bird Registrations (Pre-Launch)
Users who register for the Service under the early access or "early bird" pricing option will have their offered price locked at the discounted rate for the first two years of use from launch. Please refer to the Pricing page for details.
Users who register for the Service under an early access or "early bird" pricing plan prior to the official product launch ("Launch Date") are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Refund. A full (100%) refund will be issued upon request, provided the request is made prior to 15th of November 2025.
- Refund Process. To initiate a refund, the early bird user must submit a written request to support@chargemyev.app including the email address used at registration. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
- Post-Launch Refunds for Early Bird Users. No refunds will be issued to early bird users after the Launch Date. Continued access to the Service will remain in accordance with the early bird pricing plan, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Price Adjustment for Early Bird Users
Users who opt in as early birds will be paying an early bird price to reserve their spot. After launch the paid amount will be adjusted in the invoices issued to the user when their billing period starts.
Post-Launch Registrations
No refunds will be issued to early bird users after the Launch Date. Continued access to the Service will remain in accordance with the early bird pricing plan, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Trial Access
During the 14-day trial period, users will have full access to the features included in their selected plan at no cost.
Automatic Billing
If the user does not cancel the trial before the conclusion of the 14-day period, the selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and the user will be billed accordingly.
General Terms
All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@chargemyev.app.
